Yes, it looks that way. According to most current reports, Apple will announce and actually launch all three iPhones this year in September.

That’s a break from the past couple of years. The iPhone X, unveiled in September 2017, didn’t launch until November of that year. The iPhone XR debuted in October 2018, despite being announced alongside its stablemates in September 2018.
