How can I connect my Macbook Pro to my sony CRT TV via component cables?
My Macbook Pro is the newest model with the latest software. The TV only has normal inputs and component inputs. I bought the cables to go from the Mac to the component inputs however when I plug them in nothing happens. Also when I press detect displays nothing happens.
How do I make it work? Thanks!

You need to set the Mac to component out. If it hasn’t that option, you need a VGA/Mac video to component converter.
