What is a mac mini is it a computer like for pc but for mac?

What comes with the mac mini..? does it already have os x lion installed on it? If i buy a mac mini and a hd computer moniter and hook it up to it will I have a mac? Do i need the mac keyboard and magic mouse or can i use any mouse and any keyboard? Does it come with all the wires like the thinderbolt wire, hdmi wire and all the others or do i have to buy those?

Yup Mac Mini is a computer that comes with Mac OS Lion installed on it.
Unfortunately you need to buy a keyboard, mouse and a LCD/LED monitor to go with it. You can use any existing keyboard, mouse and monitor – but you need to know some special keys or if they need any special drivers.

The box comes with a charger and I think a USB cable(look at Apple Store or website they mention what all it has in the box). HDMI wire and others you need to buy. All those cables are so cheap and have a look at Monoprice.com
